How AIVO Verify handles uploads, metadata, and related information when you verify image provenance.
Effective date: July 19, 2026
Quick note: AIVO Verify processes images to read C2PA Content Credentials. We do not sell your uploads, and we do not use them to train generative models. Prefer non-sensitive samples in public demos.
Summary
AIVO Verify helps you inspect C2PA Content Credentials in images. This Privacy Policy explains what information is involved when you use the service, and how we treat uploaded files and basic usage data.
This demo is designed to keep verification focused on file metadata and provenance — not on building profiles of individuals. Do not upload confidential, regulated, or highly sensitive images to public environments.
Information we handle
Depending on how you use AIVO Verify, the following categories may be involved:
- Uploaded images and embedded metadata (C2PA, EXIF, XMP) needed for verification
- Technical logs such as browser type, approximate region, and request timestamps
- Optional contact details if you reach out for support or feedback
Image uploads
When you upload an image, AIVO Verify processes it to detect Content Credentials, validate signatures, and display provenance results.
Uploaded files are used only for verification in the product flow. They are not sold, and they are not used to train generative AI models.
Because images may contain personal or sensitive visual information, you are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload and inspect each file.
How we use data
We use information only to:
- Run C2PA parsing, signature checks, and result presentation
- Improve reliability, performance, and security of the service
- Diagnose errors and prevent abuse
- Respond if you contact us about the product
Retention
Verification artifacts and temporary processing data are kept only as long as needed to complete the request, maintain security, or meet legal obligations. Where possible, uploaded content is not retained longer than necessary for the verification workflow.
Security
We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information processed by AIVO Verify. No online service can guarantee absolute security — avoid uploading highly sensitive material to demo or public deployments.
Your choices
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict certain processing of personal data. You can also choose not to upload images, and you can stop using the service at any time.
If you believe a file was uploaded in error and want it removed from any retained logs or storage associated with this product, contact us using the details below.
Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy as AIVO Verify evolves. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated effective date.
